Let’s get together for our first dinner and celebrate that Erasmus officially starts. Good food, new friends and a great way to start the Thursday night. And after dinner… the party begins.
WELCOME DINNER – ERASMUS FAMILY
We’re starting the Erasmus semester together with a special Welcome Dinner at Vaquena Burger. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet new people, have dinner together and celebrate that the Erasmus adventure officially begins.

To attend the dinner, you need to sign up in advance through the registration form. This is necessary so we can reserve your place at the restaurant and organize the group correctly.
The registration has a €1 management fee, which is paid when you sign up.
THE DINNER MENU
The €1 registration does not include the dinner. The special Erasmus menu is €13 per person, and this amount will be paid directly at the restaurant on the day of the event.
For the €13, you can choose one of three burgers, all served with homemade potato wedges, plus a drink:
- CRAZY ALGARVE BURGER
160 g aged Andalusian Black Beef, brioche bun, melted cheddar, crispy bacon, homemade guacamole, pickled red onion and lime sauce. Served with homemade potato wedges.
- SAHARA EXPERIENCE BURGER
160 g aged Andalusian Black Beef, brioche bun, melted Gouda, truffle mayo, crispy onion and fried egg. Served with homemade potato wedges.
- ERASMUS FAMILY BURGER
160 g aged Andalusian Black Beef, brioche bun, melted cheddar, bacon bits, homemade mayo and special VQ sauce. Served with homemade potato wedges.
PRICE SUMMARY
- €1 — Registration and event management fee, paid when booking.
- €13 — Erasmus dinner menu, paid directly at the restaurant.
- Total: €14 per person.
Vegetarian options are available; please ask on the day of the event. Gluten-free burger and drink options are also available.
And once dinner is over, we continue the night together and go partying!
